Data controller

Data we collect

• At sign-up: name, email, company, job title, organization size, phone (optional), language, password (encrypted, never visible to MARIONE Conseil).
• During the assessment: your answers, scores and maturity level.

Purposes and legal basis

• Producing and storing your assessment: performance of the service you request.
• Contacting you about your assessment: only if you agreed (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
• Calculating anonymous averages shown to respondents, once 5 assessments are completed: legitimate interest.

Who can access your data

Only you, from your space, and MARIONE Conseil. Isolation is enforced by the database itself. Data is hosted by Supabase Inc. on servers located in the European Union. It is never sold or transferred.

Retention

3 years after your last login, then deleted.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to us via the contact form on our website or by post to 5 place de Wagram, 75017 Paris, France. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
